Return & Refund Policy (KnottyVibe)

At KnottyVibe, each product is made to order. Because of this, we do not keep inventory, and all items are produced specifically for your order.

1. Order Issues / Damaged Items

We only offer replacements or refunds if:

  • The item arrives damaged
  • The product is defective
  • You received the wrong item

To request help, contact:
info@knottyvibe.com We will solve issues within 7 business days.

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Photos/ Videos of the issue
  • Description of the problem

2. Lost or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, contact us, and we will investigate with the shipping carrier.

If confirmed lost, we will offer a replacement or refund.

3. Returns (Change of Mind)

Since all products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size ordered
  • Change of mind
  • Personal preference

Please check size charts carefully before ordering.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

5. Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, before production starts.
